Rob Read

 

Rob has been training with us for four years now, where he started with personal training sessions. He then went to group sessions and hasn’t looked back. He loves the competitive side of training with other clients


Rob loves all of the training sessions as none of them are the same, but he does dislike doing burpees with a press up.


Rob’s goal is the build up his stamina and to lose a couple more inches. He has done two triathlons with challenge central and can’t wait to get more challenges under his belt.

Mark Bryce

 

Mark first met us when he joined in on our 3 peaks challenge last September, since then he has joined our biggest loser challenge twice, boot camp twice and is now enjoying being pushed harder than he has done before with personal training sessions.

 

Over this year period Mark has lost 20lb and lost 6 inches off his waist. He hopes to lose another stone for the end of this year.

 

His achievements since training with us have been phenomenal. He has run his first 5k race, has completed the 3 peaks challenge this July, completed a sprint triathlon and completed a 101k cycle in October. He now wants to do London to Paris bike ride and John O’Groats to Lands’ End bike ride next year.

Glenn Hambleton

 

Glenn likes the fact that no two weeks are the same; he will try anything and work his hardest throughout the sessions.


He has gained a better quality of life from training with us and now enjoys running in his spare time.


Glenn’s new goal is to gain more muscle to look more toned.

John McCall

 

John has been with us now for a year starting with the biggest loser group sessions and has now progressed into personal training sessions where he loves having the expertise, enthusiasm and being pushed to the max.


He has made a big difference in his body image having dropped inches off of his waist and gained stronger legs.


John’s new goal is to get down to 73kg and have a 32inch waist.

Tom Coates

 

Tom loves the fact that when training we push him to limits he never knew he had, making him stronger and fitter.


Tom has lost over a stone with us already and new goal is to lose a further stone by the end of this year. His other goal is to run a half marathon by early next year.


Tom loves trying out new things, one of which is our new TRX Rip Trainer.

Erica Grayson

 

Has gained a better body image and mind from training with us where she started out with our biggest winner challenge, she has now progressed and now doing our gym fit group sessions.


Erica loves to train on the TRX as well as the bike, which has developed with her and her family enjoying cycle fit at the weekends.


Erica’s goal is to run a marathon mid next year.

Hemant Singh

 

Hemant has weekly personal training sessions with us at the weekends.

 

He has made excellent improvements since April 2010 with his weight decreasing and fitness level increasing.

 

Hemants training consists of short bursts or CV, Weight Lifting and Squash.

 

Hemant was one of the first people to 'row the channel'

Gil Childs

Gil had been in and out of gyms for years but after the past 4 months of working with a personal trainer she has found a winning formula for success.

 

She has lost weight, increased her fitness and improved her core stability!

 

After losing two stone with us she is now getting involved with triathlon and other CC challenges.

Fran Levy

 

Fran first came to us when she was training for the Stevenage - Paris Bike challenge in the summer 2009.

 

After completing the event she found the training so useful and enjoyable that she decided to keep it up. Fran's effort level is truly inspirational!

 

Fran successfully cycled to Amsterdam in 2010 and this year will be attempting to climb the three highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales.

Jacky and her husband Richard train with us twice week.

 

We try to get bit of everything into their sessions but they are both fond of boxing and spinning.

 

Jacky completed the 3 Peak Challenge for the second time this year.

Lisa is truly inspiration to all of us. She has lost stones of weight, braved the group sessions, taken part in CC triathlon and has now booked the into the 3 peak challenge 2010.

 

Lisa has changed her life. Not only does she look better but she is much happier, focused and healthier than ever before.

 

She gets involved in just about everything we challenge her with.

Doug is our longest standing client of over 6 years!

 

Doug has changed shape, lost weight, increase strength, completed 2 duathlons and six marathons!

 

He has learnt how to play squash and is now attempting to learn how to swim.

Hardworking and determination are Chantel's key characteristics.

 

There isn't anything she hasn't mastered eventually. As a 'non runner' she has successful completed both a half and a full marathon in the last year.
